ESP32 Tasks and Dual Cores

ESP32 chips with two cores can run separate tasks at once, using a small real-time operating system. A common layout puts radio and network work on one core and your application on the other.

Tasks share data through queues. Give each task enough stack, and avoid long blocking loops that starve the radio tasks.
